Technical Coordinator and Business Development Manager

This role will play a key part in coordinating technical activities, managing business development tasks, and ensuring seamless collaboration among our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales and Business Development:

Conduct targeted sales email campaigns to prospective clients.

Follow up with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Actively contribute to business development strategies and initiatives.

Solution Finding:

Collaborate with technical teams to identify and propose appropriate products and software solutions based on customer needs.

Provide support in presenting technical solutions to clients.

Task and License Management:

Efficiently manage tasks related to technical projects and business development activities.

Oversee license management for software and tools used by the company.

Document Preparation:

Utilize existing templates and create new documents as needed for proposals, presentations, and other business-related materials.

Ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and aligns with company standards.

Coordination and Team Support:

Facilitate coordination among various teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Provide support to team members, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Software Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of the software and tools used within the organization.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Time Management:

Effectively manage time to prioritize and execute tasks within established deadlines.

 

Assist in optimizing workflows for increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in technical coordination and business development roles.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and task management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and business software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
